POS Installation Examples

Here are additional examples of Point of Sale systems installed for our customers throughout Central Florida. These photographs show a variety of restaurant POS configurations, including multiple terminals, kitchen printers, and kitchen display equipment.

Although the equipment pictured represents earlier generations of POS technology, these installations demonstrate the different ways systems can be configured to meet the needs of individual businesses.

Restaurant POS Terminal Installations

Restaurants often use multiple POS terminals to provide convenient access for employees throughout the business. Depending on the layout and operating requirements, terminals may be installed at counters, server stations, or other convenient locations.

With a properly configured multi-terminal system, employees can access order information from different stations. This can help reduce congestion during busy periods and allow staff to work more efficiently.

When replacing an existing system, it’s important to consider the number and placement of terminals, along with the network and electrical connections needed at each location.

Kitchen Printers and Display Systems

Restaurant POS systems can communicate with kitchen printers and electronic kitchen displays to help organize incoming orders.

Depending on the restaurant’s workflow, orders may be routed to different preparation areas, such as the main kitchen, grill, bar, or dessert station.

Kitchen printers remain a practical option for many restaurants. Thermal and impact printers are available, with the appropriate choice depending on the environment and the selected POS system.

Kitchen display systems offer another option, allowing employees to view and manage incoming orders electronically instead of relying entirely on printed tickets.

When considering a POS upgrade, we’ll help you evaluate which equipment and configuration best suits your existing kitchen operation.
